How can we help?

For help with Spriwa, email support@spriwa.com or use Contact us in the app’s Profile.

Include your app version and a description of the problem. Please do not send passwords, payment details or health records.

Subscriptions

Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple Account settings. You can also open Apple’s subscription management. On Android, manage or cancel it in Google Play’s subscriptions. Deleting Spriwa or your Spriwa account does not cancel a subscription.

To restore an existing purchase, use Restore purchases in Spriwa’s subscription screen while signed in to the Apple Account or Google account used to purchase it.

Your account and data

You can delete your account in Profile → Privacy & data, or ask us to delete it by email. For a copy of your data or a privacy request, email privacy@spriwa.com.

Health information

Spriwa supports general wellbeing. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. For medical concerns, consult a qualified professional; for an emergency, contact your local emergency service.
